Positive outcomes for those receiving services, in the field of behavior analysis, begins with leadership. Effective leadership is vital to the delivery of safe, high quality, and compassionate care. Leaders within the field behavior analysis are increasingly called to affirm, recognize and validate the cultural experiences of a diverse workforce and clientele.  During this continuing education event Dr. Cirincione-Ulezi will discuss and share how leaders can use values identification, compassion, and self-reflection, as means to express culturally humble and responsive leadership.
