During this Ethics CE event, the Ethics chair will facilitate the discussion of ethical situations which have been submitted via the ethics portal, relevant codes from the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, and suggested courses of action.
These submissions DO NOT replace the ethical and legal responsibilities of the member to immediately address and/or report any ethical situation as described in the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
Information here will be used to help members at large make better ethical decisions, but members should not wait for answers to act accordingly, nor should they think that answers here are ethically or legally binding as they are just suggestions/
*FREE CEU is for SCABA members (must provide your BACB certification number at registration)
