Let's Get Ethical!

We have a new Ethics Chair - Nicole Orsini!

Join her for her first Ethics CEU event on 2/9/23.

While we hoped to discuss ethical dilemmas, none were submitted so we will be discussing this article instead: Levy et al 2021.pdf

During this Ethics meeting, the committee will facilitate the discussion of ethical situations which have been submitted via the ethics portal, relevant codes from the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, and suggested courses of action.

These submissions DO NOT replace the ethical and legal responsibilities of the member to immediately address and/or report any ethical situation as described in the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Information here will be used to help members at large make better ethical decisions, but members should not wait for answers to act accordingly, nor should they think that answers here are ethically or legally binding as they are just suggestions based on information given.
