RBT & BCBA Positions

SOSCare is a 501(c)3 non-profit direct service provider that empowers those with autism and Intellectual disabilities to thrive on their own. We offer a range of programs, camps, activities, and classes that teach the life and social skills one needs to live as independently as possible.

The organization serves consumers in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Charleston, and surrounding areas in South Carolina. One of our most essential programs is our ABA Therapy Program. We are currently seeking a full time, part time, or contract BCBA for the Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, or Charleston service area to work with our learners diagnosed with autism while directing RBT therapists who will be part of the learner’s therapeutic team. This individual will be responsible for monthly family and team consultations in clinic, home, or community settings, which includes conducting assessments, developing and revising treatment plans, identifying and evaluating strategies and protocols based on evidence-based practices, conducting FBAs and developing BSPS to address behavioral needs, analyzing data on an ongoing basis and making program modifications as needed, completing session notes daily, providing behavioral skills training for RBT therapists, conducting/monitoring competency checks and skill evaluations with RBT therapists, conducting parent training, and attending all required staff training.

The applicant should have a university degree and a master’s degree in a human service field like behavior analysis, psychology, special education, etc. The candidate MUST be Board Certified and provide proof of certification. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
