Gregory Hanley, PhD, BCBA, LBA

Dr. Hanley has been applying the principles of learning to improve socially important behaviors of children and adults with and without disabilities just under 30 years.  He worked and trained at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, was degreed at the University of Florida, was tenured at the University of Kansas, and directed the Behavior Analysis Doctoral Program and Life Skills Clinic at Western New England University (WNEU). 

Dr. Hanley has published over 100 book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals in areas such as the assessment and prevention of problem behavior, teaching tactics for young children, and evidence-based values.  Dr. Hanley is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (Div. 25), past Associate Editor of The Behavior Analyst, and past Editor of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and of Behavior Analysis in Practice.

He currently serves as a Research Professor at WNEU, an Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and CEO of FTF Behavioral, an international training and consulting group based in Worcester Massachusetts.  This group of researcher-practitioners supports professionals attempting to create meaningful outcomes with practical functional assessment processes and skill-based treatments for addressing emerging and severe problem behavior, intractable stereotypy, food selectivity and mealtime problem behavior, and sleep problems.

Becca Tagg, PsyD, MSCP, BCBA-D

Becca is originally from central Pennsylvania and moved to North Carolina in 2001. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at UNCW and then returned to Pennsylvania for graduate school where she studied School Psychology. She returned to Eastern North Carolina for her school psychology internship in 2007. Becca felt called to return to higher education in order to broaden her skill set to better serve the families with whom she worked. She moved to California and earned a Doctorate in Psychology and Post-Doctoral Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. She returned to North Carolina in 2016 with her husband, her two pugs, Banjo and Houser, and cat, Kevin Bacon. Her favorite part about her career is the variety of ways in which she can help individuals, families, and institutions take steps towards their goals.

Becca has successfully started 3 businesses in the ABA / mental health field. She facilitates a Facebook group, ABA Business Builders, to help create a culture of collaboration between business owners and entrepreneurs across the world. Becca has worked with coaching / consultation clients across 3 continents and multiple countries using a variety of business models.

Ashley Rose

Ashley Rose is founder and clinical director of Mission Cognition Social Skills Development Centers. Mission Cognition is a behavior analytic play and social skills program serving individuals ages 3 - adult with and without a diagnosis, who are in need of systematic and explicit play and social skills instruction. Ashley has worked in the field of ABA and special education for 18 years as a paraprofessional, in home ABA provider, inclusion teacher, parent trainer, and school district behavior specialist. In 2013, Ashley opened Mission Cognition Social Skills Centers to meet the needs of a growing population of learners who did not have equitable access to fun and friendships. The program exclusively focused on play and social skills assessment and intervention within a group service delivery model. Ashley hosts the “Skilled Socially” podcast, disseminates information via multiple invited professional development trainings yearly and provides ongoing professional consultation and training to providers from various fields internationally.
